Peter has over twenty years experience in finance, accounting, tax, and operations. He formed Summit Financial Solutions, LLC to provide financial consulting services related to real estate and closely held early stage businesses. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, earned a MBA from George Washington University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has been a second home owner in Newry for over 10 years and is a committed skier with the Black Diamond group at Sunday River Ski Resort. He is an active member of the Bethel Chamber of Commerce, Bethel Rotary and the Mahoosuc Land Trust.
Kathy Ford, Sales Agent
Kathy has been a part of the Sunday River area and community for over 8 years. She is trained as a landscape architect and planner and has lived and worked in Philadelphia, Boston and New Hampshire prior to making Bethel her home. Kathy has a committed interest in environmentally sustainable design and emphasizes the unique qualities of the native Maine landscape in her work. She has a keen interest in real estate and as a sales agent, Kathy brings her business expertise, environmental commitment, and design sense to each property and client.
Kathy is very involved in the mountain community and lifestyle here and has provided design services for many private homes and subdivisions, such as Mahoosuc Glen, The Colony, and The Peaks. Kathy is a member of the Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce and Mahoosuc Land Trust, and has recently been appointed to serve on the Bethel Conservation Commission.
Douglas Bell. Leasing Agent
Doug has been a part time resident of Bethel for over 15 years and a full time resident for the past 5 years. He is an avid skier and outdoorsman. He believes in "Keeping it Local."
